- How Long does it take to get my socks?
We do our best to try to get your socks out to you as soon as possible. Usually we ship the socks either the same day or the next available business day.
Most domestic shipments to the continental U.S. take 3-5 days to get there. Canada seems to take about twice as long sometimes. International orders can take a few weeks.- I didn't get my confirmation email or tracking number!
I know! I'm sorry! Our current shipping method makes it a little tough to send everyone their tracking information and confirmation emails. We're working on getting the process streamlined and getting that feature to you soon. I know its important to you. Please bare with me.
- What is your return policy?
In the unfortunate situation where you're unhappy with our socks, just return it to us and we'll refund your original purchase price. I'm sorry but at this point I can't afford to eat the shipping cost completely but we'll meet you half way. Thats fair right?

- Where can I find your socks aside from your website?
There are a handfull of boutiques that sell our crazy socks. I'll work on a list of brick and mortar shops that have them available soon.
